la fête de pâques!

i loved talking to everyone saturday!
granny & grandaddy, i'm sad i didnt get to talk to yall.

i missed being with the family this weekend,
but i had a lovely weekend.
marguerite and i bought a chocolate hen from a fancy chocolatier.
it was wrapped up
and tied with a bow.

when we unwrapped it,
we found a supprise!
little chocolate balls and fish!
when you play an april fools joke on someone in france, it is called un poisson d'avril, or an april fish. this could be why fish are incorporated into easter candy,
or it could be the christian fish significance...who knows!
anyway, the chocolate was great!


on sunday, i went to the english speaking church.
one of the girls invited all of the younger people over to her house for easter lunch.
it was so fun, and really good.
we stayed until around 6:30!
today i have another exam...so many!
