i somehow injured my shoulder 2 days ago and,
after trying (unsuccessfully)
to work out the pain with running and yoga,
i decided that ibuprofen is the answer.
i don't usually take medicine,
but apparently ibuprofen helps your body
help itself for inflamed muscles.
i guess that's ok.
soo, i searched my house for ibuprofen.
no luck.
but i did find malaria pills.
