tuesday tunes (un poquito tarde)

i bought buttermilk a couple of weeks ago to make whoopie pies.
i didnt really like the recipe i used for the wps.
the cream center was MUCH too sweet.
anyhoo, because of the wps, i had leftover buttermilk.
what was i to do with this nasty liquid?
make buttermilk pies of course!
(i am very happy my roommates eat pie)

sad song, but it was in my head the entire time i was making pies.
